This is a 24 hour information & referral service through United Way of Massachusetts.

Southborough Youth & Family Service (508) 481-5676
A community resource, designed to offer guidance when families are in need or in crisis.
They provide counseling, education, preventative and community programs and youth activities. They also coordinate a campership program. They provide fuel assistance for residents under 60.

The Center offers an array of activities, classes, trips and events for every level of activity
Health screening and consulting are available with a Registered Nurse. Outreach services are provided to seniors in need, vulnerable, or isolated. Hot meals are served for lunch each day. Call for info. Fuel assistance provided for residents 60 and older.

Nonprofit multi-service center with numerous services and programs in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, child care/Head Start, crisis intervention, criminal justice and re-entry programs, employment and adult education, energy and financial assistance, housing and nutrition.

This is an agency which provides food stamps, cash benefits, Medicaid and Emergency Assistance to families who have little or no income.

This organization provides clothing and necessities to those in need.
